Galactic Camp Cabin Auction Rules

Please read carefully before bidding

1 Eligibility Auction is open only to confirmed event attendees. You must use the same name/email as your event registration.

2 Bidding. All bids are binding. Each new bid must be higher than the current highest bid. By placing a bid, you agree to all auction rules.

3 Winning & Payment. Highest bid at closing wins the cabin. Winner must pay within 48 hours. Failure to pay bid is canceled and offered to the next highest bidder.

4 Buy It Now (if available). Selecting "Buy It Now" immediately secures the cabin. Auction for that cabin ends instantly.

5 Cabin Assignment. Cabins are assigned based on the listing won. Some cabins may have notes (e.g., noise, location) — these are part of the experience.

6 Final Sale. All sales are final. No refunds or transfers unless approved by organizers.

7 Auction Timing. Each listing has a set end time. Bids placed in the final minutes may extend the auction (if enabled).

8 Conduct. Any attempt to manipulate bids or abuse the system may result in removal from the auction.

9 Organizer Rights. Organizers reserve the right to cancel or relist any auction if needed. Organizers resolve disputes at their discretion.

Stateroom Conditions — Important Disclaimers

  • This auction is for a Sleep Aboard upgrade only.

  • You must have already purchased a Sleep Aboard ticket to participate. If you have not, one will need to be added to your registration before this upgrade applies.

  • Sinks do not work in the staterooms.

  • The ship gets cold — dress accordingly.

  • You must bring your own bedding: pillows, sleeping bag, etc.
