Staff Applications are now open again! As a staff member, you will be invited to stay on the ship Thursday through Sunday.

For the 2026 con staff and volunteers are asked to join us aboard on Thursday with a combination of All Paws meetings and department meetings and working sessions with the USS Hornet’s Staff. There will also be shared meals and social times to relax and hang out together. Plus if we are lucky, some behind-the-scenes tours of areas of the ship that are closed to the public and seldom seen!

Volunteers are lower-commitment weekend-only roles. They are still needed for a variety of positions:

• Badge check

• Fursuit lounge

• Bar assistants

• Photography

• Trash/Recycling assistance

• A/V load in/out

• Runners
