It takes a whole crew to launch a Mission this big.

Staff Applications are now open again. We would ask you to please try and book off Nov 21-23rd, 2025. This will be our Staff Planning Retreat and Gala. As a staff member, you will be invited to stay on the ship Friday night and Saturday night. The majority of the planning for the 2026 con will occur on the Saturday with a combination of All Paws meetings and department meetings and working sessions with the USS Hornet’s Staff. There will also be shared meals and social times to relax and hang out together. Plus if we are lucky, some behind-the-scenes tours of areas of the ship that are closed to the public and seldom seen!

Volunteers are lower-commitment weekend-only roles. They are still needed for a variety of positions:

  • Badge check

  • Fursuit lounge

  • Bar assistants

  • Photography

  • Trash/Recycling assistance

  • A/V load in/out

  • Runners

Volunteers are still required to purchase a registration, but will be given a free pass the following year, as well as some swag and/or food/drink vouchers. We appreciate your support of the convention.
