It takes a whole crew to run a mission! We would love to have you on board and would greatly appreciate your support.

Staff

Staff are in more involved roles starting before the con. Staff are asked to join us aboard on Thursday for All-Paws meetings, department meetings, and other work sessions with the USS Hornet Staff.

You’ll be invited to stay aboard from Thursday through Sunday. There will also be shared meals and social times to relax and hang out together. We may also get behind-the-scenes ship tours that are closed to the public!

Volunteers

Volunteers are lower-commitment weekend-only roles. They are still needed for a variety of positions:

  • Badge Check

  • Fursuit Lounge

  • Bar Assistants

  • Photography

  • AV Load In & Load Out

  • Runners
